Image DPI Checker is an online web utility providing client-side metadata inspection, DPI (Dots Per Inch) analysis, and physical print dimension calculations for images formatted in JPEG, PNG, WebP, and TIFF. All processing takes place locally within your web browser without transmitting files to our servers.

3. User Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights and copyright to any images you analyze using our Service.

Because our tool operates entirely client-side, we never upload, duplicate, host, or inspect your images. We do not claim any ownership, license, or right over any content you drag, drop, upload, or paste into this tool.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Service for personal, educational, professional, and commercial image resolution inspection, subject to the following conditions:

• You agree not to disrupt, compromise, or circumvent the security or availability of the website infrastructure.
• You agree not to reverse engineer or extract proprietary software scripts for malicious distribution.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

5. Accuracy of Calculations & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While our metadata parser adheres strictly to official EXIF, JFIF, PNG, and TIFF specifications, physical print results can vary depending on printer hardware, paper stock, ink profiles, raster image processors (RIPs), and viewing distance. We recommend conducting proof prints before committing to large commercial print runs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall imagedpichecker.com, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to printing costs, paper waste, or business interruptions.
